  • Shipping & Delivery

    Tracking Packages

    Tracking numbers are emailed to the address you entered when your order was placed or the main email address on your Nufloors Store Account, as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Please contact us, if you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of your order.

    Freight & Handling Charges

    Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order before you make your payment, unless your order includes an item that requires custom shipping, in which case we will contact you directly.

Products must be in resalable unopened condition unless faulty or defective. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, however, we cannot refund the cost of shipping it back to us.

Preparing for Shipment - We are preparing your item(s) to ship. While your item is being prepared, we are unable to edit your order details. We will email you a Shipment Notification with complete order details once your item leaves our warehouse.

    Shipped - Your item has shipped. Your carrier tracking number will be updated in online Order Status and the carrier's website within 24 hours.
